“Went it asking to re-size my 11 gold ring to 11 1/2, the lady advised me I should re-size to 11 3/4 and if I did not like the sizing I could come back and have it re-sized at no cost. I come back in hand them over my ring and they wait 40 minutes and once they started working on my ring to call & tell me it’s going to cost extra. I never agreed to that. They claimed they charged me extra because they “added” gold. Which is not true, the ring was only sized 1 1/2 sizes up from original. Predatory practices at this location, will never do business with them again.”
